 Plasson PF Electrofusion Controllers are matched to the high quality of the Plasson Electro Fusion fittings and will provide a reliable, long lived joint.
A robust, ergonomic design features a simple user interface and precision control systems to ensure the optimum weld.
Fully automatic welding using the Plasson Smart System is standard and optionally, barcode automation is available. All machines can also be manually programmed.
Optional Data output via USB is available, other options include input voltage, output voltage and output current.
Automated monitoring of the welding process reduces risks and provides confidence in the finished weld.
 As with welding, quality tooling ensures preparation is to a higher quality reducing the chances of a poor weld.
Plasson PF Rotary Pipe Scrapers remove the specified thickness of material from the wall of the pipe evenly over the entire welding area unlike hand scraping. This minimises risks of an incomplete weld and consequential system failure.
The Rotary Pipe Scrapers and Pipe Cutters are precision designed to provide a long service life, the wear elements such as blades are replacable and available as spares.
